You can write about your desire to buy a work or a series (provided that this series is still available) to us by e-mail. Or fill out the form, where you can choose the type of payment, card, bank transfer, PayPal or cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, SOL), pay and send to the mail confirmation of payment, the address for the delivery of the work and the number or mail to clarify the details, if any.
It can take around 4 weeks for the work to be created and delivered to your country.
We aim to ship your order within 14 days of purchase. Within Germany, shipping is usually done by Deutsche Post or DHL. Delivery within Europe can take 5-7 business days, in rare cases international deliveries to remote corners of the world - up to 30 days. If you have not received your order within the maximum period - please contact us via Feedback and we will do our best to help resolve this issue.

Please note that gold plating is a manual process, and the result may differ slightly from the photo shown on the website.
Returns
If for some reason you decide to return or exchange the painting, this must be done within 14 days of receipt. If the product is returned in the same condition as it was sent in the original packaging and with a certificate, you can apply for a refund and receive the money (minus the cost of shipping and other costs), but be sure to contact us before returning.
We are not responsible for the product that was lost during shipment, due to the error of courier services, and other persons involved in the transportation of the product.
The author is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the transportation or use of the product. The author reserves the right to refuse to sell his paintings without explaining the reason.
